Microsoft Teams setup

  1. Ask a Quotain organization admin to connect Microsoft Teams in Settings.
  2. Ask a Microsoft Teams admin to allow or install Quotain for your organization.
  3. Use the same Microsoft work email for your Teams and Quotain accounts.
  4. Sign in to Quotain on the web once, then open Quotain in Teams and send “help”.

What to expect

Support requests are reviewed during US business hours. Do not send passwords, Microsoft client secrets, access tokens, or other credentials by email.
